US Airways refuses to respond to twice-sent complaint about a return flight from San Juan to Boston, mistakenly canceled through no fault of ours. US Airways charged $ 317 for a new ticket and pocketed the original flight payment. That's one way for them to make money, but I'll never fly US Airways again.
