Default computer change seats, no help from humans

Booked and picked out seats for the family back in March( 3 kids). Now the airline(computer ) has changed the seats and no human can change them back Is it only Midwest/frontier that has no manuell override on the computer mistakes??? Why is there no accountability when it messes up. All the reservation people kept saying was it is seating is not promised, can change but not by them. Most people will check in by computer so I assume the airport staff will then blame the the computer for not accomaditing me at the airport......, IS IT ONLY MIDWEST/FRONTIER or do no airline have human override possibilities......
