My name is Ricardo and I was at last nights flight # 379 from Warsaw to Frankfurt. But it was almost 2 hours late ( a 1h40min flight).
Because of that, I missed my other flight from Frankfurt to Porto and because of that i missed my flight from Porto to Brasil. The problem is THAT IS NO MORE SEATS AVAIABLE to Brasil until august 5th. I understand that I have 2 bookings, one from brasil to frankfurt (stoping in portugal) and one way trip from warsaw to frankfurt. What i dont understand is that I am the same customer, the other flight was a star alliance member too. I just booked diferent because i sorted my way back afterwords. And what make me even madder is that if i have one booking i would be treaten differently, they told me they would have booked a hotel and try to arranje other flight for me. Now, Im stuck in europe or i will have to pay more 1.300 euros or plus just to get another ticket BECAUSE OF LOT AIRLINES made a mistake and has shown no respect for customers. sincerlly, Ricardo Osorio |
