i have sent my kids on vaction on dec 14 and as of today dec. 22 they still have no bags. they were told to check everyday at the airport, which consits of 8 to 10 hours a day, just to get the same response, the bags are still in atl. the 800 number for baggage customer service is always busy and no one picks up. i spent 2,500 dollars for them to visit the bombay airport everyday. i have always flown delta for 20 years and this will stop, i am willing to let go of my gold elite status skymile member. come to find out other passengers who took flights to india have their bags, and others have their belongings stolen and filled with rocks. maybe delta thinks we have rocks for brains. there has to be a class action law suit for this type of service. i wonder if delta is willing to refund my airline tickets for the great experiance my kids are going thru. e-mail me at
