Default 3/8/11

When returning from China on United on Dec. 28, 2010 I had several electoral items, including two movie cameras, stolen from my baggage. I filed a claim with United as required stating emphatically that the items were stolen but when United baggage claim personal called me and left a message she asked if my baggage had been returned. I guess her education did not include reading English. I have still not received any satisfaction over two months after the theft.
It has taken United Plus over three months to update my mileage program.
