Thumbs down Even when you try to help them Air Canada seems to screw it up.

After 48 hours of asking both reservations and at the airport the day prior to go out on any earlier return flight, knowing full well that my flight was oversold, guess who they paged in gate waiting area to let know the flight was over full and they were looking for someone willing to take a rerouting with a "minimal" delay. Yep, the guy who had been asking to go out early for two days. Can no one at this company be empowered to make good choices. If I can see this coming why can't they. Then we were offered some lovely lunch sandwiches at 6 in the morning. It's a good thing their compitition is half their size.
