Default Southwest flight 1919

Terrible service. Was typing on my laptop when stewardess asked me what I wanted to drink. I politely asked, "What kind of juices do you have?" She replied, "The menu is in your seat pocket, sir", then turned away to take someone else's order. Unbelievable.
