Funny how Thomsons sell you a ticket, then when you need to amend your baggage allowance, you can;t get on their online service, their travel agents don't help you, and quelle surprise! they charge you the earth at the airport, so much infact both ways that you could have bought a flight to Los Angeles instead.
Their After care team....ha ha !
AfterTravel@Thomsons.co.uk, ignore your complaints, despite several days of trying to get answers, and they take more money off you. Nice to know that airlines are just like banks...legal robbers.
