From American Airlines R2011/07-22335-00382-001-00 Date: Fri, 15 Jul 2011 09:06:44 -0400 dear sir in response to your offer of 10.000 mile i find this a very poor form of compensation due to the fact the the flight cost me 50,000 mile in business class and if i had traveled in economy class it cost 20.000 miles. Plus i had to sit in the upright position for 9 and a half hours i feel the lest you can do is return to my account is 30.000 miles as i feel if you are making a gesture it needs be reflected in the the cost plus the disappointment of finding that my hard errand miles are the same as cash to me . may i also point out that was not my fault that the seat was broken if you where in my shoes i think that you would not be very happy and if you will not see my point of view then i feel we may have to take this further .I thrust that i will receive a speedy responses in this matter yours sincerely PAUL KELLY
