All I need is a letterheaded letter about a flight cancellation!
I am so frustrated I am trying every means necessary to complain about Air Canada. I have started a boycot on Boycott owl, I have posted many facebook updates, and now I'm starting this thread. They have absolutely no means of contacting anyone. It is the most ridiculous set up I have ever seen! All I need is a letter headed letter from Air Canada to say that my flight was cancelled so that I can claim travel insurance money! That's it! And I can't get a hold of anyone!!! The insurance company is making an allowance for me to get a letter, but normally they close the issue within 30 days of the flight! It's been a month and a half. I have emailed 3x and faxed 2x and NOTHING! I hate them so much it's ridiculous! When our flight was cancelled from Dublin, they handed out customer relations cards with Canadian toll free numbers on them! How am I supposed to call a toll free number from Ireland!!!??? I urge everyone to contact the government and tell them to let Air Canada fail. You can't even post a comment on their facbook page! I've decided to fax them everyday. Hopefully I'll start to annoy someone.
