Biggest mistaked ever
I was supposed to fly out of DFW to FLL at 6am and due to maintenance the flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours which in turn made me miss all of my business meetings. They offered to refund my ticket but wouldn't rebook me on another airline which was going to cost $400 for a 1 way. Incredibly unhelpful and rude to not only me but other customers that were trying to make a cruise. I fly at least twice a month and never have I been this screwed and had this bad of customer service. Spirit may be cheap but not worth it unless you have all day to deal with delays.
