Hi there,
My miles has been expired without any notice and before time. When I registered it was valid for 3 years and it was expired before time. I contact etihad contact centre in Australia and they referred me to email etihad guest but no response even after reminders. I even email missing miles department and no response either. Is there a way I can contact them and get them to reimburse my missing miles. Someone said contact either their CEO and it will be dealt. Anyone know what is the correct procedure? Thanks in advance |
