I AM FREQUENT FLIER WITH ETIHAAD AIRWAYS
I HAD A RUDE AND UGLY EXPERIENCE WITH NICKELSON. THIS GUY KEPT ME WAITING FOR 6 MINUTES FIRST TIME CAME BACK ON CALL ASKED FOR 1 MINUTE HOLD DISAPPEARED AGAIN FOR 4MINUTES 18 SECONDS.THE SUPERVISOR BINA FROM MUMBAI COULD NOT GIVE CONVINCING REPLY WITH HALF ANSWER.I AM VERY MUCH ANNOYED BY THESE TWO PEOPLE.
