
While searching for a fare logged in as a skymile member, I was quoted a price of $134 more than if I was not logged in. The lower fare was identical to the fare on expedia. After several call to customer care and the web help desk, they finally acknowledge the problem and suggested not to log in and until fare was quoted and then log in as a skymiles member. This does work to get the regular fare. But while isn't there a disclaimer of the problem or emails sent out to skymile members. Yet, while isn't it fixed. Just a way to get over on the naive consumer who doesn't know any better.
