Just plain rude
We had a flight today and arrived in Houston waited 25 minutes on the ramp to goto a gate because we were early ok no problem there I will take that. Finally we get to the gate and it took (and I am being serious here) 25 minutes for the person to get the jetway up to the aircraft after the seatbelt sign was extinguished and the door to the plane was opened that is unreal do they not train their people before they allow them to perform tasks unsupervised? We get to the baggage claim and there our bags sit one with the wheels broken off and United says that they do not cover wheels, one with the handle broken and it was a new suitcase and a missing stroller. We ask the united agent standing next to the carousel that the luggage came off of apparently and just as we are talking to her the stroller not being placed on the belt, but was thrown through the flap that is between the ramp and the baggage claim. The stroller was thrown through and never even made it to the belt it flew off the side and landed on the floor to which the ladys response was simple "oh well there is your stroller for you" what kind of customer service is this watching luggage get mistreated and just having a who cares attitude I will fly any other airline except for United from now on even if it costs me more money.
