It's been 5 months since our family travelled and etihad is yet to credit any miles to my account. I have head of the family account. Tried their customer service ( they are a big joke). tried claiming missed miles on their website. nothing works. Looks like etihad is all talk and no actions. Sick and tired of their cold attitude.
It's almost time to look for next year's ticket and here we are still begging for etihad's mercy. Any body have any idea how to proceed ? any suggestions? Thanks, tiredofetihad |
