Edreams not reliable
Having booked at what seemed a competitive price a family holiday to Australia withy transfer in Shanghai, we thought all was fine. To be honest for the most part it was. But being the veggie in the family, I phoned edreams 2 months before departure on an expensive landline to ensure that my food option was included. However, on a long haul of 4 fligghts with more than one meal needed, the message did not get through and the airline was bemused, though as helpful as they could be.
When I returned, I tried taking it up with them but for two months they did not respond then i got an offer of £20 discount on any future flight I boked with them, Spend £3000 and get £20 off - wow! They did not accept how cynical they were and in inquiring, there is nothing to hold them to account, only word of mouth.
I survived, but their lack of responsibility in a situation where you cannot take yor own food on board for someone who cannot go without a proper well balanced protein meal is worrying and their amateurish approach means I'd give eDreams a wide berth in fture.
