I have never had a problem with AA before. I can not imagine the passengers anguish in being held for so long on
Flight 1348. I could not believe AA did not offer them complimentary plane tickets or apologize. The corporation I work for insists we "ACT." Apoligize , Correct, and Take Action. We do not have to be right or wrong. Just apoligize.
I will not be using American Airlines again in my travels. I will be watching for any public announcement and will hope to hear that AA did apologize for the inconvenience of the passengers. By the way I commend AA's pilot and crew.
