Default And another thing, these "contract" employees...

Ever seen or had the experience of these "contract" non-United employees behind the counter? They dress the same as real United employees, they're supposed to help you, but they can't check you in, they can't help you with your ticket, they don't know alot of stuff. They just hang around handling bags and such. They are like the busboys/busgirls of the airlines.

I can't tell you how many times, I've walked up to the counter, whether it's the bag drop or first class counter, and you ask one of the people behind the counter a simple question, and their response is:, "Sorry I can't help you, I'm not a United employee.".....

What the hell are you doing behind the counter?
