Thumbs down American Confiscates Tickets Closes Member Accounts

To whom it may concern.
American Airlines has systematically denied / confisacted thousands of passengers from boarding their flights. Saying that they had fraudulent mileage tickets they bought which is a violation of their mileage program rules. American most of the time do not send out warnings to the passengers or mileage members but instead will wait until they get to the airport to confiscate their tickets and then black mails them that they won't let them fly unless they buy a full fare ticket for thousands of dollars. This is tremendously embarrasing and a mental hellish shock to the system to the passengers. They tell the passengers they are stolen miles or fraudulent tickets knowing good and well that they are not. There is no way you can steal mileage unless you have security details of the account.
Also 1000s of mileage members have had their accounts locked or closed and or deducted 100s of thousands of points or miles as punishment accusing them of selling their miles without any proof.
American airlines mileage program allows mileage members to issue tickets in anyone's name they want. If you are a mileage member and want to call AA to issue anyone a ticket you can as long as the seats are availble for mileage redemption. Of course AA makes it very difficult to use the miles because they only allow a few free mileage tickets per flight. American Airlines has already lost cases for not providing enough seats to mileage members.
The point is this. If I want to use my AA miles to issue a complete stranger a ticket and they pay me or give me money as a return gift is it any of American airlines business? Is it any of their business if I give a ticket to someone and they donate money to me for any reason? The policy is fraudulent. First AA gives away their points and even sells them online for profit but when a mileage member racks up points and then can not use them. The mileage members only option is to donate them or give them away for a small donation by the passenger. AA can not claim damages because they already made money from the mileage members using their credit cards or actually flying. Billions of dollars are spent every year on their program as incentive to use their credit cards. American bennefits are huge while leaving the members with a bad taste in their mouth.
Also I believe that Americans policy of not selling or trading miles or they can confiscate or close your account is flawed and boarder line fraudulent if not totally fraudulent. The policy is greed based on the fact they sell their program with strings attached making their program less then desirable. First America makes money off their mileage program through a credit card program or members purchases of airline tickets so they are making lots of money but don't want anyone else to sell their points or miles to recover just a little some of money they spent and American is not losing any money because they only allow very few mileage or free seats on their flights. It is a an unfair business practice.
10s of thousands of passengers have found themselves in this situation stuck at the airport being forced to fork over 1000s of dollars to fly last minute. AA since January 2013 has went on a ranpage of confiscating tickets and closing mileage accounts. Coincidentally since it decided to sell its Airline to US Airways. Almost all mileage tickets and mileage accounts are being confiscated and closed. AA maybe trying to eliminate its mileage program debt to passengers before selling to US Air. For many years American Airlines did not persue sellers or passengers because the fact many people do sell their unused miles made their mileage program of great value. But now that they are selling their airlines American has little concern for their customers.
I truely believe that this is cause for a class action lawsuit and will be an easy case for any law firm because most Judges and the general public at large who fly for business are sick and tired of these unfair business practices. I don't think it is fair that they persue passengers and mileage members using words like fraudulent and stolen.
Please look into this matter and let me know what you think,
