Air Asia has not refunded our money
My wife and I booked tickets on flight AK1268 Colombo to Kuala Lumpur in September last year only to have Air Asia cancel the service in January with a promise of full refund for the fare.
Despite several emails from them stating we will hear from them within a few working days we are still waiting to be paid. We have tried endless times to ring them we are still on hold!! This is no way for an international airline to conduct themselves, in fact WE THINK IT AMOUNTS TO THEFT. |
