I've called and emailed Etihad multiple times regarding my kids missing miles for my Kids even though we went through the process of initially claiming the missing miles on October 20.
My kids travelled to India on July 23 from Toronto to Trivandrum via Abudhabi and returned on Sept 17. I initially talked with Etihad on October 20 for claiming missing miles and my daughter got the complete miles credit. However, my son Hashir did not get any credit at all. My other son Haafil got partial mileage credit with the exception of Abudhabi to Toronto sector. The total missing miles due to my kids are 12222. I'm losing trust with Etihad. I'd appreciate if any one had the similar experience and how they got the miles due to them back. Please give your feedback. |
