Hi,

I booked return flight from PARIS - ABU DHABI - HYDERABAD on ETIHAD AIRLINES through a travel agent. However, there has been a small glitch in the reservation. My first name and last name got interchanged.

Names as in Passport :

First Name : SENANAYAK SESH KUMAR
Last Name : KARRI

Names as in Reservation :

First Name : KARRI
Last Name : SENANAYAKSESHKUMAR

My flight is tomorrow and I noticed this issue when I tried to check in online. I tried to get in touch with the travel agent as well as ETIHAD to help me with the changes but unfortunately none have been helpful.

Apparently, the ETIHAD flight from PARIS to ABU DHABI is an AIR SEYCHELLES flight and ETIHAD does not have jurisdiction to change names on that flight and only suggestion they offer is complete ETIHAD trip. However, on the ticket it is explicitly mentioned that it is an ETIHAD flight. I would be glad to pay for the extra charges due to name change but when it is a partner flight, I believe ETIHAD should be able to do something to reflect the name change.

I would be very glad to recieve any quick help as the flight is in another 26 hrs.
