OMG These American Airlines screw with customer and took customers' tax money for bailout. What is wrong with them? Reservation changes cost 200! they treat us as if we know exactly what will happen in the future and penalize us for making changes. How about we charge them every time they delay/cancel their flight? According to their logic they expect perfect future planning from customers, then they should be able to forecast the 9/11, all the snow storms, hurricanes and whatever else that can cause delay/cancellations and plan accordingly.
