We are going to Hong Kong this morning and the departure time is 9:35am.since we needed to go to have VAT refund , we asked the checkin counter whether we could check in first, and kept a luggage for the CUSTOM tax refund purpose , the customer service officer told us come back to checkin when we completed the tax refund. She told us the close time for checkin is 8:35. However , when we come back on time at 8:35, the same customer service officer told us the checkin system already closed!!! We need to go to buy a new ticket ! They didn't tell us any other option or arrangement !
It's very crazy and horrible arrangement that I ever had! I had a same experience before in other airlines , they would never do that! I really don't understand how the company can do this crazy thing to their customer! I will never take this airline any more !
