Default Treated with hostility at curbside check-in

When checking in at the curbside check in area I was treated with absolute hostility that went beyond rudeness. Both men working there obviously hated their jobs and were taking it out on the customers which appeared to be me, and a woman ahead of me, traveling with her 3 children. I unfortunately, did not get their names as I was trying to get away from them as quickly as possible. I approached the attendant at the gate and told him what had happened and I was concerned for my luggage. He said there was nothing he could do but I could contact you this way and issue a complaint. He said that if I use this number 016 2152929375 CPN 2 that you would be able to track down the men that represent your company at the curbside check in on that day. By the way, this occured on Feb. 20th. I have to say that I travel often and this was the most bizar situation I have ever come accross. I have never been so upset with customer service as to issue a complaint.

I would very much appreciate your addressing this matter.

Thank you,

Michelle W
