Default cancelling our flight 6 weeks in advance

Booked a flight from N. Ontario to Miami 5 months ago. This Airline phoned and Ist changed the departure time then changed our Return Date on us to the following day. They expect to leave us stranded in Miami without even covering the cost of a Hotel. I talked with Customer Care and they are extremely rude. You would think since they get rooms at Cost it would not be much to ask. This Airline is extremely brutal to deal with. Northwest could care less if you have work committments, or what your situation is. The only way to get even with this Airlline is to tell everybody you know not to fly this airline. I know I will every chance I get.
