I booked a flight on Delta.com for $152.00. I found it for $111.99 on Travelocity.com. I submitted for their guarantee and received an email back saying there was some difference.
Let me guess...in that forest of arcane rates, there was a difference in the letter code for the rate rules that no human can decipher. All I know is that on Travelocity.com I found a fare in coach for less than the same coach seat on Delta.com. But my claim was denied. I'm lodging a complaint with the state and federal authorities for fraud. It's completely false advertising. Delta may make a legalistic case, but a reasonable person would find the tickets to be the same. We should sue Delta in a class action suit. ![]() What genius thought up this great way to **** off their customers when the airlines are struggling to make any profit?! |
