Ok Im Speaking Up
since i keep getting bashed in my private messages im coming clean. NO i dont work for any airline, yes im in customer service at a hotel. I dont defend the airlines on purpose, i just state my opinion like everybody else. here to make EVERYBODY happy, i flew UA, i was in seat 41A (window) i was happy, back of the plane but happy, they moved me to 20 F, told me an aisle but NOOOOO it was the center (chicago-frankfurt germany) 8 hours. but im not going to come on here and post that...i can get over a seat change, i paid for A seat but not a specific seat. Why can people who love to bash the airlines come on here and make a stink about things (some things, yes people should complain about, i have read lots and have stuck up for them and even tried my hardest to help them).but of course when i read a post about weather delays and people want to blame the airlines about that or because they checked in at 12:00pm for a 12:30pm flight and want to blame the airline...damn straight im gonna defend the airline for their own stupidity. there. i said it. state your own opinions. airlines need to change..duh!! and customer service has declined. but from what i witnessed the other day...when we (as the consumer) start bitching at the agent and the agent walks away..aren't WE the ones kind of to blame. its bad on BOTH of our parts. MAN i feel better now
