Irresponsible and inconsiderate of the aged is how I would describe American Airlines personnel.

From the attendants who push the wheelchairs in New York to the female attendant in Key West airport, little consideration is given to our aged. Wheelchair attendants stop to be sociable to their friend causing passengers to miss their connecting flights. When flights are missed, no American personnel is willing to help and when passenger are force to take a bus instead of their connecting flight, attendants in Key West are inconsiderate about the delivery of baggage.

Baggage is dropped and I mean just dropped at an 81 year old woman's feet and a door is slammed in her face.
