I am in Las Vegas for 4 days. When I arrived my bag was not on my plane and Delta said TGS Airline Services would deliver it late that night. They did not. I called the 800 number I was given and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told that:
1. Delta does not know why my bag wasnt delivered when promised 2. Delta does not know the phone number of the delivery company it gave my bags to 3. Delta does not know the phone number of its own local baggage office or is unwilling to give it to customers I was given a window of 8am-8pm for delivery today. Yes, thats one whole day- 1/4th of my vacation. When I complained to the representative he told me I could just leave a note asking them to leave my bags. After I explained that I am staying in a house in a gated community and that the driver would not even be able to get in the gate, I was told that there was no way to contact the company to ask them to hold my bags for pickup. I dont know what else to say. Delta ruined my day. |
