Default Continental Express/Colgan Air crash

I called Continental Airlines custumer service today to ask what Continental is doing to ensure safety of customers they put on Colgen Air flights since Colgan Air flight crashed in Buffalo and it was determined that Colgan used an unqualified pilots and historically did not follow ariline guidelines since Colgan had very friendly relations with govt regulators.

I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and then told that their documentation said that they expected Colgan to follow requirements. I said it was proven that they did not follow safety guidelines. They said they are waiting for the investigation to be completed in a few months.
