In early January I booked a trip for my wife using Skymiles. Delta charged me $150 because I booked the flight less than three weeks in advance. They cancelled the flight, and after two months of back and forth e mail traffic with customer service I've been informed the $150 fee is non-refundable. I find it hard to believe. Not only did my wife not make the special family event she was destined for, Delta airlines, in effect has charged me $150.00 for the inconvenience. I just can't believe it.
I am looking for advice on how best to proceed. Thank you. Rick |
