Ohh they refunded us the full amount. What sucked was this.
We originally planned to go to California... decided to cancel that go to Florida instead...
I had originally used part of my travel bank for the purchase. So when I changed the flight over they credited me part of it back to the travel bank since the Flordia trip was cheaper and they coudlnt just give me a refund. Okay no biggie i had like $60 now extra in travel bank least it wasnt thrown out the window.
So on this flight they credit me back about $230 into my travel bank for my previous bank purchase/change... the rest is going back on my credit card.
I just spoke to Jet Blue they have to wait 72 hours while their bill of rights team investigates the issues and automatically emails me to let me know whats happening, but the woman said since we did have a 6+ hour delay we should get compensation for future flights for the round trips plus the cancelation compensation of $50 as well since it was also cancelled after the delay. She said we did keep getting delayed so we should get credit for it.
