I had an experience, with an online travel agency offering a certain fare.
In the middle of booking it kept giving ,me error messages. I call them up (online TA) and they call Continental and transfer me, then a Continental agent (obviously offshore, because of the heavy accent) told me that fare was only available for another $100. WHY is it that I saw that same fare offered at the same place online for days later and even booked it with another for the lower price ???? this was a multi-airline ticket booked or ticketed through Continental Air (L A to Warsaw) |
