One thing everyone should know about Spirit Airlines is they are a super cheap airline. While their fares are low, they will charge you for absolutely everything, including making a reservation, issuing a boarding pass, checked luggage, carry-on luggage, onboard water, the list goes on and on. One thing they do NOT provide is customer service. Their president has repeatedly stated that the company couldn't care less whether you're satisfied or not. He feels you will always come back when they're the cheapest.
