How so? Are you saying an emergency room attendant could not handle the pressure of an airline employee's job? I've never worked in an emergency room but I've spent a fair numbers of days behind a gate. I'd be willing to bet an average E-room employee could far better handle the pressures of an airline job than the reverse.
