Thank for finally responding.
The trip back home was long and full of troubles and issues.
On the way home from the airport we stopped by the mall, I bought a change of clothes, shaving kit, shampoo....
I didn't save the receipt, no one at the airport mentioned to me a receipt is needed!!!
I paid in cash so I can't obtain a receipt.
I was very tired and was over stressed, we decided to spend the night in a hotel close by the airport.
I had my blood pressure medication but didn't have my other medication ( Zoloft and Xanax), they were left in one of the suitcases left by Lufthansa in Frankfort.
For the third night in a row I didn't have any sleep. I called the 800 # that we were given to find out the luggage delivery was delayed.....
When they finally arrived, I opened the first bag ( you charged an extra $100 for) to find out a hand made gift was broken and small pieces of glass all over my stuff.....
And now you are asking me for receipts??
Well if I have to estimate the money I had to spend while waiting for my luggage; it will be around $300. And the hand made broken price of art at $175. And the product I had to through away because of tiny pieces of glass around $250. And the cost for the hotel room $$125,
But the emotional and physical cost can't be determined in money. I don't have a receipt for that either,
Finally, thank you for addressing this problem with your people so no one else will have to fly in plane for 18 hours without hand wash liquid, without help in directing people to the right places, to allow a disable person like me to wait in the wrong lane for over 2 hours, then to send me to a far away gate without assistant, also flying hundreds of people and forgetting all their luggages ????

What will be your respond now?I probably i can assume you will not respond, and if you do you might say: sorry no receipt, no refund.
Will you take responsibility and do something please.
I will post your answer to all to read including BBB of America, and let everyone know about your final answer.
