Omanair miles not credited
I flew 1st November FRA-MCT-BKK and I put in my Etihad guest number when I booked the flight with Omanair.
Second I put in my Etihad guest number when I made online check-in with Omanair. Third I showed my Etihad member card at the airport counter in FRA when I checked in personal. 3 weeks ago my miles were not credited so I wrote to retroclaims. I could only show a copy of boarding pass for 2nd segment (MCT-BKK), but wrote all other information. Now 4 weeks ago I´m still waiting for crediting miles! |
