Here is the way it works: The offended passenger MUST complain. Eye contact, facial expressions, complaints from family members do not count. A verbal complaint must be made by the offended passenger. Usually, an agent will be called.
Often a passenger does not want to create a scene and will just "suffer through it." This is not productive. Next time complain to the senior flight attendant as soon as you are aware of the problem and before the boarding door closes. |
