Default United and airline industry is unethical

Great, every business should adopt the same model-

that cup of coffee that was $2 when you came into the store, guess what, it's now $3 upon check-out time at the cashier...

You are right... How is it not switch and bait? Any other industry would have the book thrown at them, but somehow airlines are exempt.
