Problems with air company Tunisair are becoming so frequent and I am having my third big disappointment with them, I took a flight from a Tunisian local city called Sfax to Rome Italy via Tunis, and upon my arrival I didn't find my baggage, I was looking around for more than 2 hours and finally I had to leave after submitting a complain to the airport baggage service, as I had to catch my third flight from Rome to Copenhagen, I continued my travel to northern Denmark to Frederikshavn to be there for a relative birthday, without my clothes and personal belongings of course, I had to buy new clothes, under ware tooth brush ...etc.
I traveled back to Copenhagen airport after 5 days to get my baggage.
Back to Tunisia I went to the baggage service to complain.... A complete disaster, no assistance, they just say the chief is not here now and they don't know where is he gone, nor when he will be back... Many people came to the office to complain about baggage.... I sent a complain through the website in internet and I am still waiting for an answer desperately....
Avoid this air company, Tunisair is rubbish...
