Hi,
thanks for the reply. I believe that the couple were on the same flight as us from Miami and they ABSOLUTELY arrived at the gate behind us as I distinctly remember them asking us what was going on after we had been refused boarding. Initially they too were refused boarding but then within 10 minutes were allowed on. I remember the female of the couple obviously looking very relieved to get on the flight yet she mouthed good luck to us as they went down the ramp. Obviously I don't know if this is worth persuing,hence me being on here,but I do find it odd that the airline company is still keeping me hanging rather than just telling me that nothing will come of this and to stop wasting mine and their time. Thanks again. |
