This is ridiculous to get this type of experience from eminent airliner like Etihad.

Myself, Amit Chatterji flown by EY256 AHU to CCU on 27th of September, 2015 where both my luggage got short landed, among them one I received very next day with baggage in damaged condition and the other not yet been traced, though the CCU Etihad authority repeatedly saying it's in Abu-Dhabi but today this is 4th day running still the baggage is not been received.
I'm terribly worried with the baggage as it contains very important official documents along with some invaluable personal belongings. I like to bring into attention of both AHU and CCU Etihad personals who are playing blame game among themselves which not going to help me without my baggage is retrieved.


Also note I think I'm eligible for a compensation for the mental harassment I'm going through due to this delay.


Request Etihad authority to step into this and to revert back at the earliest.
