Our baggage allowance was 4 bags with 50 lbs weight allowance. We had only 3 bags. However, she asked us to pay 175$ and I told her that is our allowance. She was very slow in reaction with the system. She asked us to remove staff from our baggage although it was within the allowed (200 lbs total). She even forgot to give us the ticket for the checked in baggage. At our final destination, I have a missed baggage and I can not track where it is now because I do not have that ticket!!!
