poor customer service
Made a number of domestic flights whilst we were visiting the USA April - June 2014. Flew a number of airlines and the worst for customer service, or the lack of it by far was United Airlines.
Whilst tring to do the kiosk online check in the UA staff member who was supposed to be assisting was rude, very poor way to treat International visitors.
On the 2nd leg of the flight from New Orleans to Vancouver a female staff member was particularily rude, obviously she was having a bad day, when I wanted to stretch my legs a bit which most other airlines encourage. I asked a male attendant for the rude female attendants name as I wished to make a complaint however he refused... security reasons... come on now what a cover up. I will never fly United Airlines again, interesting why none of the cabin crew wear name badges, I wonder why.... just looking at the number of complaints here I think that question has been answered.
The crew poorest customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of flying.
