flight was canceled @ 11:00PM the night before a 6 AM flight--after 2 hours on the phone and finding a replacement flight myself---i was told to get in line @ the airport the next morning and call when i could verify the continental flight---i called only to find that AAirline didn't know my name but to book flight and to call immediately afterwards----i did but then was told it was too late and that they (AA) wouldn't pay---new flight cost triple the original and burned up an entire extra day traveling
