Best translation I can find:

Terrible service of American Airlines in 1st class. Hello next they will find my history in which I was mistreated by a civil servant of American Airlines in Miami and when putting the complaint to Service to the Client I do not matter and responded to them that was a normal procedure. History is that the 19 of July of this year I had to thus travel emergency of Miami to Bta only consegui tiquete in 1st AA class. For such effect it assigns chair by Internet and I get ready to go to the airport, once it arrives there (without luggage) asks for the favor to him to Ena Cedeno (civil servant of AA with tag that decia Spanish) that it indicated to me as conseguia my pasabordo considering that traveled in 1era class and nontapeworm luggage for which it responded to me of crude way and in English which debia to make the tail of which they tenian luggage, again it explains the situation to him and it responded to me again even more cruder and in English the same. When annoying seeing me since habia asked to him in Spanish and hoped its answer in the same language pedi to speak to him with a supervisor to which it responded to me that I right nontapeworm. When observing l asituación a supervisor approached and indicandome requested excuses to me a supermarket screen to realise check in. Also I draw attention of Mrs Cedeno forcing it to speak to me in Spanish and to take care of to me. Once it gave pasabordo me did not ask for i94 to me which I am called on myself to send it by mail from Colombia. I wrote to service to the client in Scythes and they responded to me that procedure was normal and that at no moment they habian to me discriminated. My question is: It is normal east I mistreat a Latin? it is normal that they thus treat the clients? If they please have some commentary of the service of AA compartanlo

It seems he was travelling from Miami to Bogota first class without luggage. He met airline people who were speaking to him in a gross manner in English. He was directed to the check-in kiosk. He wanted to be checked in at the counter by someone who could speak to him in Spanish. . He insisted that a Mrs Cedeno an official of AA attend to him. He was given his boarding pass without being asked for his I-94 as a result of which he was forced to mail back the I-94 when he got to Colombia. He complained to AA consumer relations in Dallas but they told him that was normal.

I can't imagine what the OP's problem was. Maybe he objected to being spoken to in English. For a Colombian who is travelling first class from Miami he must be an educated or wealthy person and I cannot believe that he did not learn English at some stage. The fact that he insisted on posting in Spanish on this site only re-inforces suspicion that he is someone who goes to an Englsh-speaking country and insists on being spoken to in his native tongue. Just what some English do when in Europe.

Default Bag Treat from AA

Hello,
I found in the answer a misunderstanding
En aCedeno form AA treat me rude and answer me in English. I speak english but the value offer of AA is to treat the customers with respect and this not happen.
I cannot imagine the customer service commitment that answer me that it is a regular procedure when Ena treat me with no respect
Thanks

Other than answer you in English, how did Ena Cedeno treat you with disrespect?
