Default Safety

I was extremely disappointed to hear on the news that Southwest was not doiong all of the required service on the planes and that there were cracks in some of the bodies of the planes. I have been steady customer of Southwest and no longer feel comfortable flying with them. I am very disappointed in this company because their behavior is in complete contrast to the company image they try to pretend to be. No airline ever should act this way. Management responsible should be held accountable and removed. Profit is important but not at the safety of their employees and customers. I do not know if criminal action can be taken against management of an airline for doing this. If not, it should be.
