well for starters your post is going down.
there is a cancellation fee for this airline. $50 to cancel your ticket, your right its not alot but your right about what they are doing. they actually said your doctors note was unprofessional?? lol. trust me i believe they said it. did you try to talk to a supervisor at all? i know some of their flights are chartered with xtra airways...that is a joke of an airline hands down (we had to do a flight for them when they didnt have enough flight attendants lol) i would continue to fight this if its worth the $50 for you to save. but me personally i hate dealing with headaches i would just pay it and never fly them again if it were me in this situation
